The Rhythmic Breathing of Yantra Yoga

Join Fijalka Turzikova in this 2.5 hour workshop to learn the Rhythmic Breathing, a pranayama of the 2nd series of Yantra Yoga.

RHYTHMIC BREATHING IS a pranayama that effectively trains us to coordinate and improve the individual phases of the process of breathing. The balanced ratio between inhalation, open hold, and exhalation, followed by an empty hold, helps expand our breathing capacity while making our respiration calmer and more complete, allowing us to train to breathe in a conscious, continuous, uninterrupted, and natural flow.

Workshop taught in English.
