Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, Fabio Andrico and Matthew Schmookler

Our special guest, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, will talk about the Wind Element from the Tibetan Buddhism perspective, how the "Wind" is connected with "Attachment", and how to work with it to promote Mental Health. Our special guest, Tibetan Yantra Yoga Instructor, and the author of Respira method, Fabio Andrico, will talk about fluid breathing and posture and will share simple breathing exercises that will help you balance "wind" on the energy level. SSI School of Tibetan Medicine alumnus Dr. Matthew Schmookler will speak about the "Wind" Element from the Tibetan Medicine perspective and how it operates in our physical bodies. He will also share practical diet and lifestyle tips to bring the wind element into balance.
