The first series of Yantras

Join Luke for a 2.5-hour workshop on the First Series of Yantras — five flowing movements from Yantra Yoga that help you learn how to move and breathe in sync. These simple yet powerful exercises help build coordination between body and breath, creating the foundation for a more relaxed, focused, and balanced state of being.

We’ll break down each movement step by step, exploring how to coordinate them with the rhythm of the breathing. Suitable both  for new practitioners of Yantra Yoga and whose who are looking to deepen their practice.

This workshop offers practical tools that can be taken into the daily life.

Taught in English. No experience needed.
