Join Marija Bajic-Jovanovic in this 2.5 hour workshop to learn the Vajra Wave wave a serie to conclude a Yantra Yoga session.

Vajra Wave is a short, harmonious movement sequence traditionally used to conclude a Yantra Yoga session. It helps integrate the effects of the practice, calm the breath, and transition smoothly into a state of relaxation or meditation.

About Marija

1nd level Yantra Yoga teacher

Marija was introduced to the practice of Yantra Yoga at an early age, as her mother was also astudent of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, and began practicing at the age of 18. Marija passed the instructor’s exam for the 8 movements in summer 2020, received the Respira certificate in August 2022, and became a First Level Yantra Yoga instructor in April 2024. Marija studied mathematics at a French university in Toulouse and Nantes, and after obtaining her Master’s degree she taught high school level math, both at public schools and as private tutor for 5 years.
