The solar energy of a woman warms and nourishes the whole family, making possible the normal functioning of all members of society. Therefore, at all stages of a woman's life, it is very important to take care of her health. Dr. Phuntsog will explain about all different stages of the life of women specially focusing and the important aspects that can keep women healthy.
Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo will elucidate the natural progression of pregnancy and potential factors contributing to infertility, along with preparations for childbirth and postpartum care nuances. Furthermore, attention will be given to dietary and lifestyle considerations during adulthood, particularly focusing on menopausal stages, which commonly present various physical and emotional challenges. A woman's solar energy radiates warmth and sustenance to her entire family, facilitating the harmonious functioning of society. Thus, prioritizing women's health across all life stages remains paramount for overall well-being.
