What are the benefits of Yantra Yoga practice?

  • BODY

Practicing Yantra Yoga will help you deeply relax your body, relieve pain and discomfort caused by stiffness and tension, reduces headaches, and improve sleep quality. In turn, it improves circulation, joint health, and overall mobility, and thus, helps you feel lighter, fresher, and more flexible.

  • BREATHING

Through regular practice of Yantra Yoga you will achieve deeper, calmer breathing and increase your lung capacity. You will become more aware of the way you breathe, and the practice greatly speeds any recovery from illness. You will learn techniques that you can apply whenever you need to induce relaxation.

  • MIND

Yantra Yoga will help you achieve a deep sense of relaxation, reduce anxiety and improve your emotional state. It increases calmness and a sense of peace and tranquility. The practice can also reduce mental exhaustion, confusion and have a refreshing and energizing effect, making your mind sharper and more focused; with more presence and awareness.

Who is this practice for?

This practice is designed for anyone who wants to experience the profound benefits of Yantra Yoga without the physical challenge of a floor-based practice. It is perfect for:

- Office professionals & students: Those who spend long hours sitting and need a way to release tension and "reset" their energy without leaving their desk.

- Seniors & those with limited mobility: Individuals looking for a gentle, supported way to improve joint health, circulation, and flexibility.

- Healing & recovery: People recovering from illness or injury who need a low-impact path to regaining vitality and lung capacity.

- Students of ancient wisdom: Anyone interested in the authentic lineage of Yantra Yoga and the power of breath, movement and rhythm to calm the mind and find inner balance.

In these classes, we will begin with a series of warm-ups. We will continue by training the preliminary series of Yantra Yoga. We will also deepen our practice of Rhythmic Breathing, exploring the four phases of the breath. The sessions will generally conclude with the relaxation time.
