LUKE KARAMOL

2nd level Yantra Yoga instructor

Luke has been studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaches Tibetan yantra yoga, hatha yoga, and Respira Method. He was authorized to teach Level 1 by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 2013, Respira Method in 2015, and completed his Level 2 Supervision with Laura Evangelisti in 2017. Luke is also a NAMA certified Ayurveda practitioner. Luke lives in Oakland, California, United States.

Requirements

  • A previous level of experience in practice of Yantra Yoga is required; these classes are designed for students who wish to deepen and expand their practice.


  • Students participating in live classes are required to be on camera during the session. This promotes an environment of engagement and active participation, allowing instructors to provide personalized feedback and a more interactive experience for all participants.

By practicing alongside others, you will foster discipline, improve your practice, and enjoy a supportive community. Program

In these classes, we will start with a series of warm ups. 

We will continue to train the preliminary series of Yantra Yoga: 

  • Tsigjong
  • Lungsang
  • Tsadul Pranayama and Yantras

Additionally, in each class, we will practice at least one of the five Yantra series:

  • First series
  • Second series
  • Third series
  • Fourth series
  • Fifth series

We will also deepen our practice of Rhythmic Breathing.

Sessions will generally conclude with the Vajra Wave or its alternative practice.
